What kind of Trade Center this is?

Can’t your man give us more safety, because something happened yesterday, those punks tried to annoyed us, they are really looking for messed and when i tried to fight them but i got hit, my face burst, and after got hit, security just looking at me on the ground. Whats all about it? Your man just stare at me with do nothing, you’re the one who responsibility about your Trade Center.

Please do something with it,  can you put on the camera for every corner in order to defend little crime like this,  using the CCTV  to monitoring every single activity in there.  And in order to prevent more situations like this. Thank You.
